You will measure and evaluate the progress of AI chatbots by giving them complex mathematics problems and assessing their outputs for quality and correctness. The ideal candidate should be fluent in English and possess a strong mathematical background, with an expert level of reasoning.
You will be a good teacher with experience of teaching upper KS2. There is an expectation that teaching commitment will be flexible but will involve some teaching of Year 7-9 Maths lessons and support for small intervention groups, and occasional Maths cover teaching. With your specialism you will also support research, staff training and quality assurance activities.
You will champion our core values while shaping a Maths curriculum that is creative, accessible, and relevant, enabling pupils to build confidence, independence, and real-world skills.
