You will work in our surgical and major trauma wards and will have regular rotations within our critical care unit attending daily ward rounds and working closely with the MDT as well as participating in GGC wide perioperative clinics.
You will be part of our team helping to shape an award-winning service aimed at improving outcomes for surgical patients across the health board.
You will be an active member of the multidisciplinary team participating in team meetings, research and quality improvement.
You will support the development of our technical staff and foundation pharmacists and trainees.
You will competently perform the necessary technical, invasive and physical aspects of patient care. It is preferable that you are competent in extended roles (ECG recording, Venepuncture, Cannulation, as a minimum.
