You will be working with young people aged 11 to 18 who have been placed into the care system for numerous reasons with an array of disorders, behaviours and needs and therefore require individuals who have the confidence, patience and skill set to successfully work with these young people and make a positive impact on their lives.
You will make a difference to the quality of a person's life by supporting them with their daily living activities.
You will have an understanding of the importance of social inclusion, promoting independence and enabling positive life choices.
You must understand that a person is at the centre of the care and have a willingness to learn and develop your skills.
You must be able to assess service users needs in order to plan and deliver effective and engaging support. - Youll have strong organizational and communication skills both written and verbally.
You must be flexible to work weekends on a rota basis. You may on occasion be required to travel so access to a vehicle is desirable.
You will be responsible for carrying out bodywork repairs as a mobile technician, visiting customer sites in the local area, in this Monday to Friday role. The ideal Mobile Paint Sprayer would ideally have a level 3 or equivalent and be eager to join a growing business with lots of work.
You will need to be organised and confident in interactions with children and young people. An essential part of this role is a peripatetic basis and ability to be flexible on locations for children.
