You will report directly to the Regional Discipline Lead (RDL) - Design Management and your role will lead projects through their design phases for a portfolio of projects.

You will create new turbomachinery designs and update our current designs. During the creation process, you will ensure that our turbomachinery designs meet all the necessary requirements.

You will ensure that all design projects are completed within budget and on time. Mentor and support younger engineers in the team and manage low complexity projects.

You will be based at Raynesway, our engineering hub in Derby.

You will expand your knowledge of project and people management, including learning how to effectively manage and influence stakeholders.
