You will be responsible for leading a team of care staff, which will include training, supervisions and delegating duties on shift.
You will also support with the administering and ordering of medication, reviewing and updating resident care plans and risk assessment, and liaising with GP's, district nursing teams and resident family members.
You will be required to maintain the operations of the service at the standard agreed and within the financial budget or other parameters set.
