You will be responsible for supervising the workforce, coordinating tasks, and ensuring high-quality work that meets safety and compliance standards. Key Responsibilities: - Supervise and manage on-site workflow and engineers to ensure efficient project delivery. - Coordinate with project managers and engineers to understand project specifics and client requirements.
You will have the scope of opportunity to innovate and introduce solutions, to create continuous improvements into existing processes. You do not need to have a background in the water industry, we welcome applications from candidates outside of the sector, bringing fresh perspectives and ideas.
