You will be working as the Tranche 5 Senior Engineer responsible for the Starlight Point (SLP) section of the works.

You will lead a team of engineers and work with supervisors to deliver the works, comply with design, secure appropriate work permits, ensure packages are managed, and follow RAMS and QA procedures.

You will be hands-on when needed and play a key role in ensuring the safe and efficient operation of critical hospital systems.

You will manage site teams and subcontractors, ensure quality and safety compliance, and support the successful delivery of high-profile schemes. Key Responsibilities: * Supervise mechanical installation works on commercial fit-out projects. Manage site labour, subcontractors, and daily site activities.

You will be responsible for the safety of your teams and the customers we support, dealing with H&S in the workplace, and the management of Safety from a regulatory perspective as required to ensure compliance. Scheduling: Plan and coordinate weekly shift patterns for site personnel in alignment with the customer's flight schedule.

You will have your level 3 mechanical/plumbing/HVAC with a proven track record in commercial maintenance.
