You will ensure all jobs run smoothly, are technically compliant, delivered on time, and meet client expectations.

You will operate on a largely standalone basis, owning the programme from pre-construction through delivery, while collaborating with senior leadership and project teams.

You will be responsible for receiving client requests, reviewing drawings and project information, prioritising call-outs based on urgency and contractual position, and allocating resources accordingly. A key part of the role is confidently managing conversations with clients where works are outside of scope and agreeing chargeable instructions.

You will manage and oversee projects from initiation to completion including initial design phase, handover stage, construction approval, design involvement for buildability, and co-ordination with client. The Project Manager Roles & Responsibilities Include: * Agree Project Objectives.
