You will be supporting with s117 aftercare and alternative duties in line with the MCA 2005, MHA 83/07, Equality Act 2010 and additional relevant legislations.
You must have a post qualifying practice award.
You will need to already hold an AMHP qualification and have post qualification experience. Ideally you will be working as an AMHP currently & approved by a Local Authority.
You will need to demonstrate the autonomy and independence of the AMHP role, ensuring all referrals are considered.
