You will be accountable for managing your own workload and completing tasks set for you and you will be working closely with your peers and managers as well as interacting with clients, customers and internal stakeholders. In this role, you'll work closely with MSP clients, contingent workers, and key stakeholders such as hiring managers, procurement teams, and HR.

You must have skills in positive communication and engagement and will be able to demonstrate unconditional regard for the people we support.

You will also have skills in the assessment of needs and proactive risk management, so that support planning for individuals demonstrates an active and fulfilling life with an emphasis on a ‘can do’ approach.

You will manage all pre-departure arrangements, act as the main day-to-day contact for group organisers, and ensure bookings, finances and documentation are handled accurately and on time. Working closely with the Head of Private Groups and the Operations team, you will own the journey from confirmation to departure, ensuring nothing is missed.
