You will lead a small production team, ensuring targets are met while fostering a positive, collaborative environment. The position involves managing workflow, ensuring adherence to lean manufacturing practices, supporting continuous improvement initiatives, and maintaining accurate production documentation.
You will lead the HR Administration team in managing system and process implications arising from organisational change.
You will lead the team to deliver services such as Right to Work, contractual administration, DBS applications, position and structure changes, redundancy, probation period letters, invoicing, SAP reporting quality assurance checks and SAP system requests.
You should have some experience in a production or supervisory role, but more importantly, you should be practical, proactive, and willing to take ownership of the role. Skills with machinery are essential, as you'll be expected to learn and operate potting equipment confidently.
You will be contracted to work 40 hours, four days a week, starting on a shift pattern with operating hours between 7am and 8pm Monday to Sunday, with the opportunity to do overtime, you choose.
You will be provided with a Green Flag vehicle and start your day from your home
