You will lead, develop and line manage the Clinical endoscopist and trainee clinical endoscopist team by providing support, advice and education (both formal and informal) on all aspects of endoscopy management.
You will be accountable for their own professional actions and practice endoscopic procedures in accordance with the mandatory requirements of the JAG and BSG.
You will work with colleagues to improve systems and processes to strengthen financial awareness and improve efficiency.
You will provide an efficient and accurate finance service to all internal and external customers in line with policies and procedures. Duties and Responsibilities
You will build and maintain strong customer relationships, developing an in-depth understanding of customer IT and Network environments and their current and future challenges, while ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
You will have a background in managing IT / Network contracts and enjoy working in a customer-facing role.
You will also support talent development and resource planning to sustain engineering capability over the long term.
You will have the following qualifications & experience: - Educated to degree level or equivalent in an Engineering/Technical discipline - 5+ years in a senior engineering management role within a regulated industry
