You will have an allocated amount of supernumerary time built into your work plan to complete the aspects of the role.

You will act as a link to the established clinical teams in our services, ensuring that prescribed interventions are delivered, that care plans are co-produced alongside our service users and their families, and that outcome data is collected and monitored on a daily basis.

You will also have access to clear and structured development programmes where you can see clear pathways to progression within the company. Training and development is one of the major ethos’ of the company. There are no limits to training and development as the service will fund any training course you would like to do that is relevant to your job role.

You must be an experienced RMN with a valid NMC pin.

You will possess a responsible nature, providing high standards of Nursing Care to ensure that each resident is provided with a homely, caring environment at all times *
