You will encourage best practice to deliver high quality patient care at all times, supervising qualified and unqualified staff members.
You should be able to work well as part of a large and diverse multidisciplinary team, demonstrating excellent care values and a strong sense of team spirit coupled with humour.
You will be responsible for providing chair side support in all day-to-day activities within the practice and surgeries.
You will play an important role in ensuring the delivery of excellent patient care while complying with all clinical and health & safety guidance. Creating a welcoming environment for patients that sets them at ease from the outset
You will provide practical, emotional and social support to patients with life limiting illness and their families/carers. Along with the Practice Learning and Development Lead and Senior Nursing team, you will be actively involved it the delivery of education.
