You will be a detail-focused, safety-driven professional with a strong understanding of underground utilities and the risks they pose.
You will be confident coordinating across multiple contractors, utility providers and technical teams, and able to ensure safe excavation and service protection throughout a complex, multi-site programme.
You will manage all pre-departure arrangements, act as the main day-to-day contact for group organisers, and ensure bookings, finances and documentation are handled accurately and on time. Working closely with the Head of Private Groups and the Operations team, you will own the journey from confirmation to departure, ensuring nothing is missed.
You will identify contractual, financial, technical, and operational risks and to find opportunities for value engineering, in order to minimise risk and maximise gross profit on contracts.
You will support the fulfilment of the contracts safely, on time, and to the required quality while maximising gross profit and customers' satisfaction.
