You will be the practice educator for a number of students and will see them through their placement, supporting and assessing them.

You will produce evidence‐based reports and are responsible for the decision as to whether or not they pass their placement.

You will also supervise students on the fast‐track Step‐Up course from Kingston University.

Applicants should meet the following criteria: Registered General Nurse, Part 1 on NMC register or registered practitioner on the HCPC. Teaching / education (e.g. Cert Ed, PGCE or Masters) and mentoring qualification. Sound theoretical knowledge. Demonstrates evidence of professional development. Knowledge of NMC and HCPC Codes and guidelines. Maths, English GCSE at grades A to C or equivalent...
