You will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with schools within the North West area, as well as recruiting education professionals, who are looking for temporary supply work within your area.

You will also be required to attend events such as university and job centre career fairs.

You will manage a caseload of care leavers, providing statutory support in line with legislation and guidance. This includes coordinating and completing Pathway Plans, advocating for young people, and ensuring they are supported with accommodation, education, employment, health, and emotional wellbeing.

You will be a key member of the senior leadership team, providing high‑quality financial advice to the Board and Executive, leading core finance functions, and supporting the organisation to continue to thrive in a complex and evolving NHS environment.

You will be a fully qualified CCAB accountant with senior‑level experience in NHS or complex health and social care environments.
