You will support the Registered Manager and our geographically based teams to ensure the effective and efficient delivery of a high-quality Care at Home service to those individuals on service.

You should bring a successful track record of Middle or Senior Leadership with demonstrable impact on outcomes for young people. The substantive postholder has a particular responsibility for Kirkwall Grammar School’s Pupil Support teams, working closely with the Principal Teachers for Guidance and Support for Learning; experience of one or both areas will be an advantage.
You must have a good standard of education including literacy and numeracy. This post is subject to Level 2 Disclosure Check with PVG for working in a regulated role with children and protected adults.
