You must be ROSPA trained to legally set the machines.
You must be able to Interpret technical drawings and adjust machine settings accordingly Hours are Monday – Friday 6am to 2pm - may at times be asked to work 2pm to 10pm but short term and then shift allowance is £20 per week.
You will need to have an awareness of Local Exhaust Ventilation Systems and an understanding of the COSHH Regulations.
You will carry out the thorough examination of a wide range of mechanical equipment from 1000 Ton presses through to guillotines and injection moulding machinery.

You will also be required to undertake a non-destructive training course, maintain your competence and complete crack detection of press components.
