You will start your day at the delivery office, where you’ll load your vehicle with mail and parcels. You’ll then drive to your designated area and complete your deliveries on foot. You must have Social Work England registration, be eligible to work in the UK, and hold a full UK driving licence. Post-qualified experience and a degree level or equivalent qualification in Social Work are also required.

You must be an experienced nurse.

You must be willing to fully register with our agency.

You will collect your allocated vehicle or trolley and your hand-held computer device (detailing your route and tracking your mail) and then deliver the letters and parcels to your local community.

You will be helpful and approachable displaying a strong sense of community, as you get to know the people you meet on your round.

You will work collaboratively with individuals, families, and partner agencies to manage safeguarding concerns effectively.

You will also provide guidance on adult safeguarding policies, maintain accurate records, prepare reports in accordance with regulatory standards, and actively participate in multi-agency meetings and case conferences to ensure coordinated and effective care delivery.

You will contribute to the operational delivery of an effective Adult Social Care Service as part of an integrated team responsible for safeguarding, support planning, and promoting the wellbeing of adults with care and support needs.
