You will join a specialist commercial litigation team that acts as outsourced in-house counsel to retained clients, rather than taking one-off instructions.
You will work closely with senior solicitors and barristers in a collaborative model, gaining early exposure to strategy, tactics and how cases are really won.
You will find there is a real variety of instructions with clients operating and trading in many sectors including professional services, manufacturing, technology, retail, hotel and leisure, construction and development, logistics and transport.
