You will receive a competitive salary ranging plus company holiday pay. Working hours are per week, with flexibility for 40 hours some weeks, finishing at 3:30pm on a Friday. Training will be given to the right candidate with the opportunity to join an expanding site within our organisation.

You will manage your workload effectively, ensure high standards of quality and safety, and contribute to continuous improvement across service operations.

You will be responsible for delivering a professional and responsive service, building strong customer relationships, and ensuring products meet quality, build, and delivery requirements.

You will play a key role in turning complex electronic designs into high-quality, manufacturable PCBs.

You will help maintain the technical edge by managing relationships with PCB CAD vendors and manufacturing partners, negotiating quality, costs and timescales and overseeing the release of board information to suppliers.

You will play a key role in the design, implementation, and validation of FPGA-based solutions, with a strong emphasis on digital signal processing. Most development is targeted at AMD (Xilinx) platforms, including Zynq SoC devices, using the Vivado toolchain, although experience with other FPGA families is also welcomed.

You should be confident using industry-standard design tools, with a solid grounding in drainage and highways design. The ideal candidate will demonstrate initiative, a collaborative mindset, and a commitment to technical quality.
