You will need:EssentialSignificant experience (around five years or more) working in a methods/foundry engineering role within a sand-casting environment. Strong CAD capability, ideally with SolidWorks, including both 2D and 3D work. A solid engineering foundation built on a relevant degree (Mechanical, Materials, Foundry Technology or similar).

You will also engage and manage external contractors and suppliers, ensuring the right support is in place for planned and reactive maintenance activities. A key part of the role is diagnosing recurring issues through root cause analysis, implementing sustainable fixes, and contributing to the strategic development of our paper machines.
