You will have good attention to detail, be organised and methodical with a thorough approach to work.

You must also have a desire to show initiative and be a good team player. Whilst supporting the reception function you must also be able to offer a very high standard of customer service both personally and via phone.

You will be providing 1 to 1 support for young children with a range of special educational needs including developmental and communication needs. The role will include feeding support and personal care as well as supporting children to access play and learning activities and interact with other children.

You must be able to demonstrate experience with complex SEND including intimate care.

You must be passionate about working with students with special needs and have previous experience of working in a special school or similar environment.

You must be competent with using Makaton signing and symbols for communication and essentially have experience of working with students with autism and complex needs.

You will be part of a collaborative and supportive team committed to achieving positive outcomes for every child.

You must have legal right to work in the UK.

You must be willing to attend a registration interview.
