You should bring prior experience in SEN settings or related roles, excellent communication skills, and a proactive, 'can-do' attitude. Adaptability and dedication to inclusion are essential. You will lead small groups or provide one-to-one support, creating a safe, positive and engaging environment where individuals can learn, develop and thrive.
You will be caring, adaptable and confident working with people of varying abilities.
You must be authorised to work in the UK.
You will work 5 days a week spread over the 6 days. If you work a Saturday, you will be given a day off during the week so that you only work a total of 5 days.
You will, of course, be paid for all of the additional hours that you will be supporting. Full induction and training provided.
