You will provide support to students that aligns with their educational health care plans and intervention plans.

You will also gain valuable information and insight into mental health issues and equip you to be an advocate for mental health awareness and interventions to support students.

You will work closely with apprentices, tutors, assessors, and employers to provide tailored learning support that enables apprentices to develop the skills, knowledge, and confidence required to achieve their apprenticeship outcomes. Support may be delivered one-to-one, in small groups, or within learning and workplace settings, depending on individual needs.

You will work in a nurturing, inclusive, and collaborative environment with a multi-disciplinary team, including Speech and Language Therapists (SALTs), Occupational Therapists, Educational Psychologists, and specialist teachers.
