You will be responsible for providing care to students during school, and feed in directly to the assistant head of years/head of years to ensure that student care provision is being carried out.
You will also be responsible for student supervision at break and lunch times.
You will be put onto all of the same CPD as permanent staff members, and encouraged to grow.
You must be over 18 years old and have the right to work in the UK. Minimum of 2 years experience in supporting individuals with complex needs and challenging behavours, supporting vulnerable individuals with learning disabilities, autism and personality disorders.
