You will be part of a 1 in 6 Day Standby Rota (weekend work included)

You will work a total of 14 days over a 28-day period. Typically you would be working as follows: Week 1 - Monday, Tuesday, Friday, Saturday & Sunday Week 2 - Wednesday & Thursday What you get from us

You will be confident working in a busy, temperature controlled, warehouse environment and manoeuvring goods around safely both inside and out. Reporting to the Team Leader, you will be passionate about providing a first class service at all times and be responsible for ensuring all operational warehousing tasks are completed in a safe, timely and efficient manner.

You will take pride in maximising crop quality and quantity through efficient operational tasks, and you will be encouraged to train on new machinery, learn how to grow crops to a professional standard and develop in line with your performance.
