You will for the large part be based regionally with your own cluster of insites.

You will be an excellent communicator, able to communicate at all levels, coupled ideally with a technical bias and a good understanding of the Maintenance, Repair and Overhaul supply chain. Experience of sales order and stock management systems would also be advantageous.

You will own the engineering vision and execution of Keepnet's core platform, operating across the UK, EU, US, UAE, and Canada, supported by distributed offshore and nearshore teams.

You will not be expected to do everything yourself. Success in this role will be measured by platform reliability, delivery predictability, team health, and customer impact.

You will provide effective leadership across the customer experience function, working closely with colleagues across the organisation to deliver the highest standards of customer service across a wide range of activities.
