You will be running your own caseload of Deputyship and Trustee matters, both pre and post settlement of the PI claim whilst supervising junior fee earners and providing technical support to the team. Attending clients at their home, or in hospital or in care/nursing homes, to discuss and agree budgets and identify other priorities.
You will need to have a solid background of Private Client experience gained at a respected firm, dealing with such matters as Wills, Trusts, Probate, Estate Management and COP. Specific experience in Administration of Estates and Tax Planning and Wealth Management would be a distinct advantage, together with experience of dealing with high net worth clients.
You will join a broad and dynamic Real Estate team advising on a diverse range of high-quality commercial property matters. The team acts for a varied client base, including owners and occupiers, developers, investors and financial institutions, and handles work across multiple asset classes and sectors.
You will manage a varied caseload of Private Client matters , including: Wills and estate planning Probate and estate administration Lasting Powers of Attorney Trusts and tax planning You'll have the autonomy to build strong client relationships while receiving support from a collaborative team.
