You will also be contributing to the risk register and schedule risk analysis as well as the formal identification, impact assessment and notification of programme change.

You will work closely with leadership, product development teams, and enterprise governance bodies to ensure strategic synchronisation across programmes, while enabling customer-focused, design-led outcomes. Key Responsibilities: - Establish and maintain a project governance framework ensuring consistency, transparency, and alignment with organisational priorities.

You will work with Directors and Associate Directors in our Midlands and Northern offices, developing strategies to grow our business in these areas.

You will be given autonomy to fulfil this role whilst benefiting from extensive support from the SLR senior team nationally.

You will be responsible for driving financial analysis, modelling, and forecasting activities, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements while providing valuable insights to guide strategic decision‑making across the organisation. Key ResponsibilitiesStrategic Planning and Budgeting
