You will play a key role in ensuring the smooth delivery of advice and support services to valued clients. The environment is busy and fast-paced, so you’ll need to be adaptable, detail-oriented, and a natural communicator who thrives in a team setting. Duties will include (but not be limited to):

You will work alongside the admin and paraplanner staff to ensure we provide the best outcome for our clients. You would be expected to work to work independently as well as within a team, be proactive and have a positive attitude and be able to prioritise your own workload.

You will be the welcoming face to our clients who regularly attend the Sidcup office in person, providing support to client-facing teams and all colleagues.

You will have the skills and ability to prioritise your own workload whilst maintaining high diligence.

You will be a natural relationship builder with exceptional communication skills.
