You will be responsible for: Delivering your part of our customer shopping trip by: ⪠Carrying out clean as you go routines, using the clean as you go tools. ⪠Keeping aisles clear of congestion when replenishing or picking products. ⪠Working in a clean, tidy and organised manner and taking any equipment that needs cleaning out of use.
You will be responsible for maximising the performance of the operations by directing the daily, weekly and monthly activities, providing leadership, motivation, training and development of the workforce, executing against customer requirements. Ability to manage remote teams where necessary and dealing with customers on a daily basis.
You will be working Monday to Thursday 10am-6:00pm & on Friday 10am - 5pm (hours maybe subject to change). Pay rate of £12.21 an hour.
You must have safety boots and a Hi Vis vest. This is a temp role lasting initially 4-6 weeks work but will be reviewed weekly, as will depend on suitability to the role & work load.
