You will be joining an experienced team of Countywide Physiotherapists and Therapy assistants to deliver a service to children and young people from the ages of 0 – 19. We have a well-developed competency-based training package with clinical and safeguarding supervision to support staff development.

You will need your own transport to and from work - we are in a rural village with no nearby public transport.
You must be a driver with a UK manual driving licence.
You will be responsible for leading and supporting a team of Support Workers to deliver consistently high standards of care, safety, and wellbeing. The role also involves participation in the on-call rota and a minimum of four waking night shifts per month (including some sleep-ins).

You will also need to be available to travel to our northern locations when cover is required.
You will most likely be based at our head office in Milton Keynes or our regional office in Leicester, but if you live elsewhere in the mid or southern regions, we can discuss basing you at the regional office nearest to your home.
You will need some experience working with vulnerable people, ideally those with learning disabilities.
You will need to be flexible and organised, with a positive approach.
You must also be a driver with a UK manual or automatic licence, as you will be driving service vehicles, as well as possibly commuting places, using your own transport.
