You will drive a culture of continuous improvement, ensure regulatory excellence, and champion person-centred, compassionate care across all services.

You will also act as the organisation’s Nominated Individual and Safeguarding Lead, working closely with operational leaders, commissioners, and regulators.

You will need to hold a full UK driving licence and have use of a vehicle. You cannot use public transport for this role as this is not a reliable form of transport and will not allow you to meet service needs. Please confirm in your application that you meet the specified criteria.

You must have a full valid UK driving licence and appropriate road worthy vehicle suitable for business use and be willing to travel within the region to attend events and meetings.
