You will manage a team of volunteers, arranging their rotas and health & safety requirements.
You will be responsible for the look and feel of your shop, arranging the layout and changing window displays to ensure it stays relevant to the community it serves.
You will have experience of running a well-presented shop and with an eye for detail, will have the opportunity to showcase your creativity and flair whilst helping to maximise the sales and profits.
You will need to be able to work unsupervised in a methodical and organised manner and be flexible to the needs of the charity, covering holiday and sickness absences.
