You will provide a clinical pharmacy service directly to patients. Day-to-day responsibilities might include: medicine reconciliation, medication reviews with patients, dealing with medicines related queries and assessing patients ability to manage their medicines (including in the patients home).
You should demonstrate an interest in research with a good working knowledge of hospital pharmacy services and must be reliable, have good communication and organisational skills and the ability to deliver a service, whilst also working to deadlines.
You must be able to work independently as well as being able to work effectively as part of a team.
You must have eligibility and entitlement to work in the UK which is required to be maintained throughout your period of employment.
You will continually liaise with territorial Boards, Community Pharmacy Scotland, Scottish Government and Further Education providers to ensure timely delivery.
