You will act as a key link between factory teams, central functions, customers and external bodies, driving quality excellence and ensuring our systems, standards and culture consistently meet business, customer and regulatory expectations.
You will lead internal audit activity, support external and customer audits, and ensure strong governance of HACCP, TACCP and GMP across the site.
You will act as a central point of contact between consultants, internal departments and the site team, ensuring information is issued accurately, on time and in line with programme requirements.
You will be responsible for investigating and resolving technical issues, setting bespoke configurations for new customers and supporting existing customers with any changes. No two days are the same!
You will utilise your problem-solving skills, attention to detail and your ability to multitask.
