You will be responsible for the management of all processes (existing and developing new) to ensure best practise and industry standards are reflected in the way the contract delivers hard and soft facilities management services.
You will be responsible for providing confidence in quality procedures to the SPV Client and NHS Trust.
You will need to be commercially astute with a strong understanding of the FM agreement and its schedules (PayMech etc.).
You will have responsibility for Statutory and Legislative Compliance across the contract and for bringing this to the attention of managers and staff.
