You will spend one day a week on a placement with a local Nursery where you get the opportunity to test your practical skills and begin to form relationships with what will hopefully become the setting for your Level 3 Early Years Educator apprenticeship. All taught sessions will be online, and you will need to attend an in-person First Aid training day.
You will be an experienced Deputy Manager working in an environment and culture where children are respected, listened to, and involved in as many decisions as possible.
You will split your shifts 80% working on shift with our young people and 20% administration hours.
You will be required to do sleep‐ins whilst on shift; you will get paid and an additional £50 per sleep‐in.
