You will also require to hold a Full UK driving license to provide transport for individuals at the service. Sense support our staff to gain skills and qualifications and experience – such a we take part annually in a Mentoring scheme with 11 other charities - this is addition to providing all staff with a great induction, and plenty of training.
You will need to be a good role model.
You will be a frontline supervisor, supporting the manager to effectively manage a team of staff to deliver person centred, specialist services.
You will need to have a sound knowledge of person centred planning, rota planning and staff management/development.
You will be IT literate and able to undertake some administration duties.
