You will play an essential part in building trusting relationships, encouraging independence, and promoting positive life experiences. Using Positive Behaviour Support (PBS), you will help residents make choices, develop skills, and feel valued as individuals. Every day will offer an opportunity to make a real difference.
You will play a vital role in delivering high-quality, person-centered crisis interventions to young people as part of a 24/7 support package. You’ll work directly with young people experiencing emotional or psychological crises, helping them feel heard, supported, and safe.
You will work shifts on a rota basis but will manage your own diary within the service * Able to use technology to update support plans, complete online learning and to collaborate with colleagues. You’ll need an Enhanced DBS check done and we pay for that. What’s in it for you?
