You will deliver personal tax advisory services to diverse clients and oversee issues related to trusts and estates. Ideal candidates will have a relevant ACA/ACCA/ATT/CTA/STEP qualification and experience managing personal tax services. This role offers a competitive salary between £70,000 – £100,000 and a clear path for professional growth in a reputable firm.
You will have a clear set of KPI’s and will manage your own diary to ensure you achieve these.

You will take a client fronting role overseeing the provision of advisory services across a wide spectrum of personal tax issues, IHT, CGT etc.
You will support the team manager with day to day operational management of a busy and diverse team.
You will support a caseload of service users that may have been previously released from prison, on a suspended sentence or on community orders.
You will support staff with day to day management as needed by the TM with professionalism, integrity and confidentiality.
You will provide care in the home of the individual and the community they live in Assist with everyday tasks such as housekeeping, meal preparation, cooking, and cleaning; personal care such as bathing and dressing; and employment support You may transport the client to appointments and run errands

You must have good people skills, be calm and able to adapt your approach to the meet the needs of the clients. A willingness to learn is also essential for the role of a Care Professional as each client is different and no two days are exactly the same. Additional Information:
You will receive excellent support and supervision, with regular opportunities to discuss and reflect on your practice, both with your line manager and peers. We offer 26 days annual leave, plus Bank Holidays, rising incrementally to 31 days after 5 years service.
