You will be liaising with clients, agents and underwriters, therefore strong communication skills and a professional telephone manner are a must.
You will be focused on providing quality service to the clients and senior account handlers and you will need to be organised with good attention to detail and an excellent work ethic. You will be prospecting, generating leads, developing business and winning clients. The New Business Account Handler will also show the ability to build long-lasting relationships and the ability to utilise new business opportunities.
You will be based in our Maidstone office and ideally be onsite for 3 days per week on average.
You will also speak to policyholders and insurers on the phone regarding the cover in place and answer and deal with any queries on the policy. Clients vary from charity to motor trade to property owners to retail and everything in between. Your exposure will be full cross class.
