You will be responsible for leading a team of care staff, which will include training, supervisions and delegating duties on shift.
You will also support with the administering and ordering of medication, reviewing and updating resident care plans and risk assessment, and liaising with GP's, district nursing teams and resident family members.
You will need to be a driver (non-Negotiable). The client is a well established Kettering based Care provider. PERSON SPECIFICATION At least 3 years recent experience of working in a domiciliary care management position at management level. Experienced in Working in partnership with other professionals e.g. health, local authority, CQC.
