You will work closely with clients to ensure that all installations meet our high standards of quality and safety. Key Responsibilities - Install and fit Rooftrim with precision and care. - Install and secure products using the appropriate tools and techniques. - Accurately measure and cut materials for optimal fitting.
You will create and review personalised care plans, administer medication safely, and monitor the health and wellbeing of residents with accuracy and professionalism.
You will lead and support the care team during your shifts, ensuring handovers are clear and documentation is kept up to date.
You will act as a trusted employment law advisor to the wider People team (and business) and maintain oversight, evolution and development of our policy suite. This role will lead the execution for activities such as organisational model changes, People integration following M&A activity, and changes.
You will also demonstrate our AG Barr behaviours of Being Honest, Accountable, Connected and Brave.
You must hold a valid driving licence.
You will coach and mentor them to ensure they perform to the best of their ability. Using your outstanding communication skills, you'll collaborate closely with families, agencies and multi-disciplinary teams to implement and further develop support plans designed to help individuals succeed in their day-to-day lives.
