Personal Assistant to the CEO jobs in Bridgwater

You will play a crucial role in ensuring effective communication with suppliers and internal stakeholders, utilising your excellent verbal and written skills. Additionally, you will assist in the preparation and maintenance of commercial plans, conducting presentations, updating reports, managing product data and pricing files, and handling general administrative tasks.

You will coordinate shifts and lead the team throughout each working day, ensuring all staff contribute effectively to the smooth running of the home.

You will oversee medication management, including ordering, administering, and maintaining accurate records.

You will also welcome visitors and guide prospective residents and families around the home.

You will assist the Catering Supervisors and Chef Managers in all aspects of food service, including taking payment for food and drinks and cleaning equipment as required. With an excellent eye for detail and high health and safety standards, you will ensure all food is handled in accordance with the standards set by our Food Safety & Quality management system.
