You will be the first point of contact for staff, visitors and contractors to the site and will manage calls and e-mails, completing administrative tasks and offering administrative support! Key responsibilities include: - Managing the switchboard, answering, screening and directing calls and messages.
You will also assist in the administration of the complete order to cash process for customers and planning of deliveries. You will be responsible for supporting the production process by feeding machinery, handling, sorting and packaging timber products while ensuring high safety and quality standards. This role requires physical stamina, as it involves lifting and moving timber and will require working with machinery such as saws, planers and forklifts.
