You will ideally possess industry experience in the relevant field, along with a minimum of a Level 3 qualification in the subject. Within this role you will be pivotal to the success of the Built environment provision delivering to students from across the East Midlands. If you are not a qualified teacher, no problem!
You will be responsible primarily for identifying and winning new business opportunities (80%), as well as dealing with existing accounts (20%).
You will have the freedom to manage your own diary as you work from home and travel to meet clients across your patch- 3-4 days per week, to further business relationships.
You will be instrumental in creating a positive learning environment and making a real difference in our pupils lives. Due to our small class sizes, you will have the chance to establish genuine connections with each student and offer tailored support. You will work closely with production, quality, and maintenance teams to ensure efficient, safe, and cost-effective operations.
You will provide leadership and management of the virtual customer team, ensuring Services, Sales and Delivery are aligned and focussed on the right customer outcomes, under a joined-up Account Plan.
You will cultivate and own key stakeholder relationships with the customers primarily associated with the Services delivered and identified growth opportunities.
