You will support and engage in integrated, multidisciplinary work to deliver coordinated care. Collaboration with partners will be essential to safeguard service users through effective risk management, information sharing, and accurate record-keeping. You will work within a fast-paced Duty Team, acting on referrals from the Multi Agency Safeguarding Hub (MASH), attend to Section 47 enquiries, and complete Single Assessments.

You will collaborate with professionals to support children and their families.
You will develop care plans to ensure the safety and well-being of children, and provide immediate support and intervention in crisis situations to protect children from harm.
You will ensure all recordings are up to date and child-focused, reflecting the voice of the child and the impact of their daily lived experience.
You will attend multi-agency meetings, reviews, and conferences as required, representing the Local Authority in both Private and Public Law proceedings.
